      Location of the job itself.

      Cons

      No training, they say you can bonus ut then play with the numbers or find a reason you can't. They make up rules as they go around. You get blamed for management's bad choices. Clients are leaving due.to shoddy business practices.

      good parking, good pay, good coworkers.

      benefits ok- HMO Plan, lots of nepotism- family business, lots of favoritism.
