Toxic work environment, the company does not have competitive salaries, the owner prefers 0-no experience female workers so he can pay you as little as possible, minimal work space. You work so close to the next person you can smell their breath when they speak to you, the owner pays once a month and expects you to take a salary cut when he cant pay his vendors.
