It's a job - Project Controller Ornare Employee Review

Resources are limited to perform the job There is micromanagement from high management and very little appreciation for feedback. It's a vertical decision making company from top to down. No career growth, once you get into a position, it's very difficult to grow upwards. Although, I do think this is due to the size of the company (less than 50 employees). Lack of technology which makes the job harder to perform and you don't grow as a professional.
