I worked for this company for over 15 years experiencing the transition from private company Sybron dental to Danaher. I was one of the top managers in the world and what I can tell you is a company made for yes man then thinkers. Capable of contravening all their ideals in order to maintain a position to the detriment of their reporting employees . Ideal for those who want to put in their resume a big name, but it is a great loss of fear for those who want to work seriously and build a future. I want to say to conclusion that my review is truthful also because I'm one of the few that I left with the utmost displeasure of all, but no longer able to live in the company that seems more and more of a farce.
