Pros
If salaried, they pay for 10 vacations, 10 client holidays, No sick leaves. They don't revise your salary with good rate per year. only 401k. Medical plan - you have to pay around $650 per family each month.
Cons
1. You are paid less even if client bill rate is high for long time. 2. HR policies doesn't add benefits for employees. 3. They only allow to join as salaried employee with H1b status.Even though you have 10+ years experience with best skill set in market.
