High turnover - Only seniors stay - middle and lower level employees are waiting to depart upon the right time. Cabin Fever. Too much responsibility. 24/7 Shifts. The salary for the work is not justified. Benefits are not that good. You must pay a lot of healthcare. You don't get any other benefits compared to other company's. Non compete contract for 3 years. Everybody leaves the company, extremely high turnover. They cannot retain employees except the seniors. Seniors give out a bad vibe when differences are discovered. Boosted glassdoor reviews. Upper management only cares about making the numbers meet.
