Low pay and bad benefits - Anonymous employee Orion Food Systems Employee Review

Sanford health insurance and Orion has a deal worked out for their benifit which hurts staff. Orion employees pay 50% to 80% more on health insurance than employees with competitor companies. Shopping around, I found better plans with individual insurance plans with lower payments which include better coverage and lower deductible. The pay is the lowest in the industry and no room for any growth. High staff turnover due to poor management of the operations team.
