Pros

- In 5 days you will do 10 days of work - You are going to design and build all things on your own, no architect, analyst, the manager will guide you to design or build. - Your productivity will increase as you will work like a robot for 9.5 hours a day. Beware you are not allowed to lazy chit chats with co-workers. Nor you are allowed to point to their policy, I don't know if its Pros.

Cons

- I have worked like a robot, No social talk with co-workers, no lite fun, doing things by my own. They will get work done in half time than it should be. No matter what you are expected to do. - The HR was hell, you are not allowed to take leave if it's not planned before 2 weeks. - You are not allowed to take a half day off for your personal reasons. - They are very strict for timings, If you are late by more than 15 for 4 times then they will deduct salary. - And off course you can't argue with managers - Their goal is to ship as much as projects to clients in the minimum amount of time. No matter what you do. - They don't care about employee, you are allowed to resign at any time. They don't care. They just think that someone else will take your place to do the things. - Make sure to ask about salary structures, they don't give any allowance. The taxes will eat your salary.

Pros

- Excellent Infrastructure to make everyone fool of the year. (Thank god for this positive ) Lol

Cons

• Salary Deductions • 0.000000001% Project Management • Cheating policies which will be revealed slowly after joining For eg. 1 month notice period they tells, but later 30 working days they change. after resignation it's your luck if they relieve you in less than 2+ months They tells no bond, but 9 months(Excluding Notice Period) agreement you should sign when you get increment. If no sign then no hike. Lol Shocked?? let me explain more... • Harassment at peaks after your resignation. • If they find that you are not working extra hours, they will make you resign yourself. Well, they never fired any one till date :D ofcourse no need. Claps for their logical brain (Actually they feel that) • WORST WORST WORST EVER HR is the only one who spoiled the company • Never respect your family relations & social life. • They have a biggest sadism that to make your new job missed by extending notice period for lot of days sorry... lots of worst things and can't waste my time more than this. ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR CAREER SUICIDE
