      Origius is one of the best company for employment, in origius, management will thinks more about the employees satisfaction and they always tries to give best one to all employees in any manner. work culture is best. flexible work timing, different reimbursement , e.g. Gym reimbursement, different skill improvement classes fees reimbursement, provides soft skill development training, dance classes, yoga classes reimbursement and many more. the best part is employees will get salary on time and salary will credit into employees account the last working day of the month...

      Pros

      The best part about origius is the freedom to creativity and work. There is no micromanagement and that actually brings out the best in an employee. The director always thinks about the employees first and provides support in case of any problems. The company is in its growth stage and seems to be consistently growing. The work life balance here is the best.

      Cons

      There need to be set processes and policies for the company to work smoothly ans employees need to be made aware of these. Technical/software support in work flow can be introduced.

      The senior management understands things from a better perspective but fail to take action.

      Cons

      No training provided upon joining. To the extent that nobody will explain to you how things work in the company because there are no processes set at all. Body shaming is okay on the premises. People love corporate politics and will push you in front of the bus to save themselves. There is not much scope of growth
