      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for, everybody is approachable from the top o the bottom, has a proper "Family" feel to it, honestly have not met or spoken to anyone that I could say a bad word about. They make you feel valued and not pressured.

      Cons

      Salary is ok but Bonus is disappointing, you will not retire a rich man however being a family run business you are able to achieve a good work life balance which in my 20 plus years working in this industry I have never achieved before.

      Pros

      Great range and some good colleagues. Most of the directors have been lovely except one (HB). Amazing HR department.

      Cons

      Pay, progression, training, lack of transparency and hard to reach someone if assistance is required.
