Pros
Very open and friendly working environment with some of the most genuine and talented people I've had the chance of working with. A lot of opportunities to learn about the startup process and dabble in other departments.
Cons
Lack of set structure and SOP in certain aspects of the job made it a bit difficult to get work done efficiently at times.
