Pros
Very positive and forward thinking company. Genuinely cares about guests and their experience. Healthy menu and great quality product. Team members are all amazing and overall super positive and supportive. Support from management on all store levels including other stores as well as Regional Manager who makes herself available all the time.
Cons
Very young team members that need a lot more direction especially during post rush hours. Management in some stores could be more in sync with each other and needs to be more consistent in communicating with team members. Could have more empathy and understanding with managers and team members alike when performance is not at normal standard of that person instead of being so quick to terminate someone that they took the time and money to train especially with salaried positions.
