Interesting work, good work/life balance, small company with room for growth, nice colleagues, strong and fair management, opportunity to work with key players in the outdoor recreation industry, live and work in Whistler!

It's hard to come up with negatives, really. It's a small company so with the benefit of wearing many hats comes an increased workload during busy times. Work hard to play hard. Less resources than a huge ad agency, perhaps. Honestly though, if these things deter you, Origin isn't the right fit for you.

Simply put, working at Origin is great. From day one, you are treated and trusted as a key member of the team. You're given work to do, all the tools to do it, opportunities to grow and learn, and the team here are rock solid.

It's a smallish company, so if you're looking to climb some sort of corporate ladder thing, it might not be for you.
