Pros

I’ve had the pleasure of working at Origin Management for about 7 months and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. From the start, I was welcomed into a supportive and dynamic team environment. The leadership provided clear guidance, while also allowing me to take ownership of my projects, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. The work culture here is truly collaborative, and it’s evident that everyone is invested in each other’s success. I’ve gained invaluable skills and developed lasting relationships with my colleagues, many of whom I now consider friends. I will always be grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here, the challenges that helped me grow, and the positive, encouraging atmosphere that made every day enjoyable. Though I’m excited for the new chapter in my career, I will always look back fondly on my time at Origin Management. Thank you to everyone for making it such a memorable and enriching experience!

Cons

Although no job is perfect there are some cons that go along with the job. It is commission based to begin with and with long hours and although it does seem scary it really isn’t because it’s about the hard work you put in that will really make you stand out upon others. There’s no hourly and you would have to finish the program that could last 6-8 months until receiving salary once you’re in that assistant management position but it’s all comes back to reward you when in the next few months you are put into your own market.
