      Great company with amazing unique properties around the world with fair benefits, competitive pay and interesting co-workers and exceptional experience.

      Cons

      Although it has a massive name and brand values the training and senior positions are stagnated with last century features. Lack of effective training and natural leaders.

      Pros

      Fantastic products in amazing places all over the world. Colleagues were generally a great team and very dedicated to looking after the clients.

      Cons

      Salaries are at the low end of the industry and there was limited opportunity for advancement. Company was under so much financial pressure (from the very top, at HQ in London) that every business decision came down to cost.
