Pros
The top management encourages innovation and investment . They are also into diversification - like cement, paper etc. There are lot of scope for the young engineer to learn latest technology. The compensation are above Indian average .
Cons
Supply chain are partially controlled by friends and relatives of Chairman therefore it become difficult for the respective department to work confidently.The top management some time does not pass the right information to chairman. There is always a gap.
