Great place to work - Service Manager Orient Electric Employee Review

Brand name is good but no other positives

Very poor work life balance, Uncultured Organization, People are hamulating other in meetings. One employ attempt Suicide recently & 2 employ under deration. Even Grate place to work review also sent to selected employ to get qualify. Most of the employee trying to get options out side. HR is not on leading end.

As other organisation no such extra benefit

Need to focus on additional benefits and employees growth
