Cons
Cons are many in this company 1: you get no formal training. 2: Some of the seniors are nice and others are completely rude and non helping 3: No work life balance at all. You will go home only to sleep and nothing else 4: meager salary and miniscule growth 5: The management is the worst. You can't put your word across. 6: if you think you can study while working in this company, change your thoughts. 7: If you are in jalgaon plant, you will think you at least live in a city. Wrong! You spend 2 hours of the day sitting in the car coz that's how far the plant will be from your home. 8: your industry experience will be down the drain. Slowly you will start hating core jobs and you won't even hope for psu by then. 9) select some other job, you won't want to work in a place where there is only dust and it may be cancerous in the near future.
