      Toxic culture and driven by senior leaders. Promoting to drive diversity numbers not talent Some senior leaders lack experience and promoted based on prior working relationships. Large amount of good people have left and skills and knowledge departed with them

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
