Pros
Good company, Market Leader, Gave a fair bit of Autonomy which was good. Also gave you a fair say in the decision making process. Cutting edge Blasting solutions. Good benefits.
Cons
Lost there way a bit with the issues Surrounding CEO Ian Smith, were a bit reactive to the mining downturn (although this would be true of many companies I would imagine). Could tend to manage from afar and not be across customer issues, and market dynamics. They are going through significant change with job numbers substantially reduced. It is still unclear to me what the restructure and new strategy will be from current CEO. The job reductions to me appear unsustainable.
