      Middle management not interested in site politics. A company that is willing to look the other way when it comes to incidences of WH&S bullying, harassment & discrimination issues, as long as KPI's are met. They harbor poor leaders because of 'mates' status, especially ex-military personnel.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
