No training, no work life balance, demand you are at your desk 8-5 every day, despite being a global company where I am regularly taking calls from 5am through to 9pm and traveling constantly on weekends. Bonus and raise structure recently changed to make it hardly worthwhile. They claim to offer a 20% bonus, but in reality it is structured to make it impossible to get anything more than around 6%. Internal promotions have been stopped as policy, bringing in outside people instead of growing internal talent. All anyone talks about is how to get out.
