      The people make Orica a great company to work for. They are dedicated and committed to excellence. In our industry, Safety is always very important and it is taken very seriously. I have worked for this company 10 years and it has definitely been time well spent.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
