      Fairly hands off environment to work in.

      Cons

      Most all major and minor decisions are made in either Singapore or Melbourne, so you'll have little ability to drive strategic decisions and direction. One of the poorest vacation/PTO policies you'll find in today's business environment.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
