Lay Offs - Anonymous employee Organogenesis Employee Review

Another lay off occurred last week. As usual, they blindsided the employees and treated them like trash. They got rid off dedicated , knowledgeable, and hardworking employees and kept the lazy, spoiled, rude and incompetent ones. There is no direction or support. No goals or objectives. Corporate only cares about upper management; they promote only themselves.
