Pros
Caring for the farmers, every employee plays a part in this. The farmers are real people, real families. Original mission is/was real and genuine! Working for a co-op rocks.
Cons
New leadership talks go and treats farmers like they are idiots, telling them very little truth of what’s going on, entire executive team is new and came straight out of the commodity markets. Literally have no clue what our farmers do and have no care to run the business with mission, it’s all about profits now. No growth opportunities, only want people from big food companies.
