Low pay, owner incompetent, you give recommendations to promote product and they turn you down. Annual raises of .50 cents to nothing. Zero opportunity to grow. Toxic work environment, warehouse and office staff always fight. Owner does nothing to fix things. Owner does not like to pay you. If it wasn’t a law to pay your employees, best believe they would not. Never work here. Everyone leaves within 2 weeks.
