Pros
We all know working in a startup has its own pros and cons. But here I have more ‘pros’ to share with you’all than ‘cons’.
My experience here so far has been great.
Healthy work culture in an organization encourages an employee to perform his/her best.
The top management is cooperative, supportive and approachable. They tend to be biased towards politeness and know how to keep their people happy. And this is the reason I love coming to work here every day, unlike my previous jobs.
Salary has never been an issue. Annual performance appraisal review is done every year for all employees. Furthermore, this allows employees to grow into new roles and opportunities with the company.
Cons
Office interiors can be improved. Not much, but simple aesthetic changes will make the office look more lively.
