      Pros

      The Bar, and all its personal, are committed to its mission and it shows. If you ever wanted to make a living helping improve the society you live in, I can’t think of a better organization to have as your employer.

      Cons

      You can make more money in the private sector, but the PERS pension takes the sting out of that concern.

      Really good people passionate about public service. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be better for a State agency. Came from another similar agency with better compensation.
