Dissapointing - Anonymous employee Oregon State Bar Employee Review

Close minded upper management. No consistency in regards to work schedules, flexible work arrangements, internal job opportunities and promotions. Every department/manager has different rules in regards to the above. Raises are given to everyone or no one, not based on quality of work. High levels of office politics and egos.
