      Pros

      This is a large employer in the Coos Bay & North Bend area, with a large number of employees who work in a number of different functions. The agency offers health benefits, and provides bare essentials to its employees.

      Cons

      Health benefits, wages & retirement are bad. The CEO is terrible: she is abusive, discriminates against employees & is corrupt.

      Thank you for your feedback! We are fortunate to have made many changes in the organization since the time you wrote your review in 2012. The previous CEO is gone and we have moved forward in making positive changes in management and culture since her departure. Our current management team is committed to continuous improvement and positive change in our organization.

      Pros

      There have been big changes in last 3 years, old CEO is gone along with the negative community relations. Much better work environment and still a great place to do good things in the community.

      Cons

      Pay is still not very high but, much better than it used to be. The good news is they contribute 6% to a pension fund with no need for employee to contribute.
