      Pros

      Ore-Ida has decent wages for the area. You also work with some decent people. It also has good values as a bussiness.

      Cons

      Most of the people are inconsiderate that work at Ore-Ida. It is also a union which I think is more trouble than it is worth.

      It was a great place to work and with terrific co-workers. Pay was good as well.
