      Pros

      I have experienced lots of positives since joining Orderful - Teammates, Compensation, Team trips, Collaboration, Engagement, Motivation, Leadership involvement, Willingness to learn from mistakes... these are just some of them.

      Cons

      There aren't many. Sometimes there is a level of uncertainty, but this comes with being a start-up.

      - Truly Unlimited PTO - Company / department Off-sites up to 4 times a year - Competitive Pay - Outstanding people to work with

      Cons

      - Recent rise in misogyny from leadership, leading to several departures and demotions. - Sales has a massive say in everything that happens, and can just lie whenever they feel like it - Long hours to reach sometimes unachievable deadlines
