      Nice environment, great people to work with, kind of a bigger family where you can grow in your career using the latest technologies. The advantage is that allows you to work from home and have every Friday one-hour social meeting that gathers people to know each other better and have fun.

      Cons

      Wages do not break the market and are fixed, no bonuses etc.

      Pros

      I could learn and be part of lots of new projects from the beginning to the end. I had a lot of good time and learned by myself.

      Cons

      Just a few people I could say are great worker, senior or could teach me something valuable. Most of them have lack of knowledge include managers, directors and teams lead.
