Great company! Don't listen to bitter ex staff - Anonymous employee OrderWise Employee Review

I have worked at OrderWise for 5 years. I came from a role in hospitality where you were paid very little and treated horribly. When I came to work at OrderWise it changed my life. I can't speak for other departments or offices but I know the support office and department is incredibly well run and you are provided with support and helped to achieve your goals with frequent one to one meetings with your team leader. During the pandemic the company had to pull together to move to remote working and it was a hard time for all. Some employees could not see or understand the difficulties of this. Pay is above average for those that are loyal and work hard and it is better than competitors including some London based companies when you include the available bonus schemes, an extra day of holiday for each year at OrderWise, extra Christmas bonus reward for a low Bradford score, birthday holiday, free meals in the cafe on team days. You have to work hard and show commitment and it is rewarded, I am an example of this and I can vouch for many others. Unfortunately some people think too highly of themselves and won't see progression advice as helpful.
