Pros

Great culture, lots of fun people. Lunch on Mondays from great restaurants. Let me say again, everyone is really fun here and full of smiles. I love walking the halls seeing everyone working, smiling and generally enjoying work. I enjoy going to work everyday knowing there is a hot cup of coffee, snacks and a positive attitude over all. Training is OK, not a lot of training on the company as whole it is improving.

Cons

So many new people that everyone is still trying to figure everything out. Much of management is still very new and making mistakes at this point. Lots of micromanagement by some of the managers, not willing to let people just do the jobs they gave them, but want to continually switch lanes and directions with seemingly little reason. Can be very frustrating at times. Prepare to work a ton, if you think this is 9-5 40hrs a week this is not the place for you. Expect to work much more.

Pros

Working here is pretty cool, since a lot of the positions are remote. Working from home always has its perks and when your in the office, the environment is pretty laid back to. Most of the staff is friendly and seems like everybody enjoys what they do. Startup vibes when in the office with game nights, free gear, etc. The company, like many others...usually would promote from within, which is great since people often would move up quickly. Working here was mostly positive. Pay is decent , especially for someone finishing or fresh out of college. A few coworkers were able to move into their own places during employment.

Cons

Since you work from home in some positions ,you have these check-ins with management that aren't too useful. You have to stay on top of numbers like a sales job, which sucks since your customer service. You are graded on call performances which is fine, but you could be doing everything perfectly and still not always have perfect scores. Not too bad, but working from home full time will keep you in the house ALOT, so remote jobs have their own pros and cons regardless of the company you work for. Lastly, the logging process of customer and restaurant issues is very tedious, since you literally log every move you make - probably the worst part of the position is filling out tickets. I believe that's mostly what I can say legally . lol
