There are fantastic individuals within the engineering team in general who are very passionate. Some parts of the product are viable.

There exists a noticeable divide between the three C-level individuals within the company; rarely coming to a conclusive direction and instead going three directions at once. Salary disparity within the company is rife with people within the same team being on massively less than their team members. Raises are a struggle and require you to justify with tangible achievement which not always possible due to the position. Blame culture comes directly from the top with management, which is difficult to isolate from within your own teams.

Lot's of freedom to shape and grow the role and i got see a real difference from the actions I made.

Lots of independent projects and all phonr correspondence is through your own personal phone.
