Pros
The team is communicative, and the location is right above the WTC station. Hybrid schedule 2-3 days in-office, depending on your team. Handful of cute company events.
Cons
The internship "program" is only for the first two weeks to a month, then no one from HR talks to you again unless they need something. For $18/hr (Which is the absolute bottom floor for average internship salaries) in Manhattan, you would expect a curriculum that allows interns to construct achievements they can speak on after the program. For context, the Chick-fil-A down the street pays more. You become an office assistant to your coworkers. You will be helping them do their job. Highly suggest upskilling in your downtime, due to the lack of learning opportunities outside of "AI Integration."
