I recently joined the Orchard Platform team as an in-house recruiter supporting Engineering, Product and Data Science. My opinion of The company and Leadership team has been very positive so far. Orchard is a very collaborative setting. The company has a high bar for recruiting new team members but it definitely pays off. We have a group of top tier professionals working on interesting projects within a new niche area of Marketplace Lending (Peer-to-Peer). Orchard offers a great work-life balance, comprehensive benefits package and a growing team of smart and interesting coworkers to work alongside.
