Pros
The team I was in was excellent all the way up to C-level. The company wants to do the right things for its customers and cares. Marketing, the area I was in, is incredibly collaborative and keen to do the best. The product is great and the development/R&D teams are good too.
Cons
Recent restructuring hit morale as these things do. If I had to pick a con then I'd say that there can be a tendency (as happens in start/scale ups) that people can feel they are working at cross purposes to others. Or feel that something isn't being taken as seriously as one might feel it should. These are very small niggles though.
