Extremely good learning environment. Direct supervisor is very knowledgeable and very willing to share information. Always trying to get his employees to learn new things and grow personally so that they might contribute even greater things to the workplace.
Cons
The pay here is low and very irregular. The company is in quite a niche market, but the demand is just not there at the moment. This results in a very stressful work environment that has a tendency to burn people out.
