1. Be prepared for a daily dose of butter-coated speeches from morning till evening. 2. While inflation skyrockets at 20%, the CTO generously offers a 5% increment, branding it as a "salary adjustment." 3. Some team members have hit the jackpot! They spend their days on the PS5 because the CTO doesn’t even notice them. 4. Projects here are managed by word of mouth. Deadlines? Plans? Documentation? Who needs them when the CTO simply points at someone and demands, “Just build it”? 5. The "Product Managers" are experts in holding meetings full of buzzwords and charm. Actual product knowledge?
