Pros

* Good starting salary * Friendly environment * Good learning opportunity for freshers

Cons

* Poor culture. * Huge workload. * Lack of organization. Works in a very unorganized way which wastes lots of time and effort. * As a developer you'll not get any appreciation. No matter how hard you work all the increment, promotion, bonus and appreciations are reserved for business developers and QAs. * Your hard work and skills isn't considered while giving increment. * Lots of legacy projects and pain of maintaining them. * You won't learn any industry best practices. * Promotions and increments depend on how much you can show off and do oiling, not your skills or dedication.

Pros

1. Team culture is great, I am really grateful to admin to maintain a healthy environment. Anything we want, she always try to listen our demands. Most of the time we get what we want 2. QA team is in good hands. Current Manager, Team leads are very friendly and practical. They push you to upgrade your skills, give constructive feedback. At the same time they do care if you are having a tough day at work. 3. Benefits are good, family oriented company. Whenever my family visits, nothing but hospitality and respect is received.

Cons

1. Salary structure needs to be revised. It's a global company. You are not only competing with local companies to keep your talents. Foreign demands are in peak as well. Inflation is sky rocketing. Please keep in mind that, employees don't want to be fed well, do parties. they want to contribute to the happiness of their family. Money is the biggest motivator and everything else is bonus. 2. I know management is already trying to structure the release pressure, but something is not working. We can do better in terms of planning and execution. I have seen employees working 10-12 hours per day for 2 weeks straight. Extra hours should be paid!
