      Cons

      Hey, it's a startup, and that's not for everyone. There are pivots and lots of uncertainty and changes, but that can also be exciting and fun.

      Pros

      Company working on the frontiers of AI and the Space industry. Smartest group of people I ever worked with. Ambitious technical, product and business goals. And a culture of excellence. It was a lot of fun building towards a big idea, and succeeding together!

      Cons

      As the company grew, it became slower to adapt. It did continue to evolve, but as is inevitable as a company shifts from pure startup to growth phase, it takes longer and more effort to steer the ship in a new direction.
