      Career progression opportunities Personal development opportunities Down-to-earth management Flexible schedule (within reason) Management listens to designer input Friendly coworkers Good benefits & PTO Overall great experience. Part of a team and have a sense of accomplishment rather than just another cog in the machine. Management is personable and understanding while also setting fair expectations.

      Cons

      Work can be cyclical (part of being a contractor though) Fast pace environment with many changes
