Pros

- Culture. The culture is one that prioritises up-skilling and documentation of knowledge. - Flexible working. Results based, long as work gets done you are flexible - Talented team with technical knowhow. - Tech infrastructure is done (actually) done correctly and is scalable

Cons

- Communication can be an issue as teams are split worldwide. Though flights are offered regularly

Thank you for your feedback. As a worldwide business we appreciate the experience people from different countries bring to us. It is essential for our growth and expansion to other markets. This of course brings some challenges. The time difference to name one. There are, however, tools in place to ensure effective communication between the teams. Pros

1. Good handful of nice people. Enough to get you through the day 2. Generous Salary 3. Hybrid/Remote work 4. Open to changes

Cons

1. The culture was dead before I even joined. People stay in their bubbles, both work wise and socially 2. Product is still MVP. It sells it self even like this, but needs LOTS of improvements to be competitive 3. Some folks with over inflated titles and salaries trying to act the part. The rude ones make it unbearable to work and cause long lasting damage 4. Hitman brought in to sus out the weeds. Got rid of a few but needs a bigger sickle for the large immovable ones that are keeping the company stale for years 5. Lots of standard processes do not exist that you would have expected to. Lots of time wasting and no one taking ownership. Folks who can, take charge to help. But always leads to burnout and being under appreciated 6. Free Google Gemini = We are an AI powered company now

We’re confident we’re making good progress, but this is a constant endeavour.
