Great Pay - Collections Manager Orbit Leasing Employee Review

Family owned and operated but most importantly my coworkers feel like family. I am trusted to do my job, their is not micromanagement and I really enjoy that I have an assigned customer list. The company provides breakfast and lunch on Friday's.

Sometimes the days are long in order to give everyone a half day off during the week. We are each required to work a 4 hours shift 2 Saturday's a month.

Pay is good and the potlucks/ holiday parties are great.

The micro and macro aggression in the place are insane. Customers and coworkers are targeted, management makes this job way more stressful than it should be for literary no reason, They bully and micromanage people like its high-school. They are always hiring because the turnover rate is so high. Oh and the forced overtime and irregular schedule is insane.
