At Orbit, we strive to create a supportive culture for all team members, so it’s concerning to hear you felt a lack of recognition and support. We’re continuously working to provide managers with the tools and resources they need to effectively lead and support their teams. While flexible working has its benefits, we understand that it can sometimes lead to challenges in building meaningful relationships.
