      Dreadful experience - Front of House Staff Orbit Group Employee Review

      I really cannot think of any!

      Cons

      There are plenty of negatives. Staff are treated very unfairly. Training is a bare minimum. On the phones asap without adequate training. Managers are not supportive and rude to staff that just really want t o help Orbit residents. Couldn’t wait to leave. Got a much better job where they cared about their staff!

      Pros

      Great autonomy, work life balance and staff that genuinely care about the customers. Orbit are a good employer.

      Cons

      I haven't been at orbit long, but progression pathways are not too clear yet.
