Company Shutdowns: When the CEO's mood dips from lack of projects, everyone gets mandatory vacation where he'll ask you to apply your earned leaves. Lucky you! Skill Development: what is that, a complete sales transformation project of a big MedTech company is done with Excel, where the excel is dead for multiple times. Management’s "Efficient" System: Need sick leave? Forget HR—just email the CEO. He's got time for that. Employee “Value”: Enjoy being treated like a cog in the machine. It's the best way to gain "experience," right?
